Criteria defining
eligible applications
for access to this
housing scheme
- You must work in the City of Luxembourg or its immediate surroundings (see map).
- You must not own property either in Luxembourg or abroad at the time of completion, or in any case no longer own any property at the end of 3 months after taking possession.
- You must live in the property yourself: the purchaser undertakes to occupy the property as a permanent personal main residence. (See the Regulations of the Grand Duchy). No subletting is permitted.
- The residences are to be sold on a leasehold basis, with a maximum term of 99 years. The leasehold began on December 21, 2018.
- The Fonds Kirchberg has the pre-emption right of the property at any time during the leasehold period.
- Neither income nor capital shall be taken into account.
